Scheduling Picture Day
- We partner closely with each school to choose dates that align with your academic calendar while keeping classroom disruption to a minimum.
- Before photo day, each school receives a custom Picture Day webpage link and a PDF guide with preparation tips and clear ordering instructions to share with families.
Photo Day Experience
- We bring all equipment and handle every detail to create a smooth and relaxed experience for students, teachers, and staff.
Private Picture Galleries For Each Student
- Within two weeks of photo day, each family receives a private gallery with 5+ edited portraits. Families can view, select, and purchase their favorite images directly from their gallery.
Ordering Images and Prints
- Parents place orders directly through their child’s private online gallery. Digital images begin at $40 and are delivered immediately by email after purchase. Prints begin at $10 and are shipped directly to each family’s home within approximately 2 business days.
- All ordering, payments, and fulfillment are handled online, creating a simple, low stress experience with minimal coordination needed from your team.
- Class photos are included. Your school may choose either a group class photo or a class composite. Class photos are available for purchase within each family’s individual gallery.
Staff Headshots
- Complimentary staff headshots are included, based on your school’s needs.
- Your school will receive a complimentary gallery of high resolution images, including all student portraits, teacher headshots, and class photos. These images are for internal use only, such as yearbooks and ID cards.
