Inquiry & Booking
Fill out the inquiry form with details like your event type, location, and what you are hoping to capture. I will review everything, confirm availability, and create a photo or video plan that fits your needs. You will then receive a booking link.
Once you receive the link, you will complete the proposal and questionnaire, sign the contract, and submit a deposit to reserve your date.
Planning
I will reach out 2 weeks before your event to confirm the timeline and shot list so I am fully prepared on the day. For more complex events, we can schedule a brief call to walk through the details, answer any questions, and provide a custom quote.
Event date
Once we are booked, I take care of the rest. I arrive early, blend in, and capture real moments without interrupting the flow of your event. I photograph the images we discussed ahead of time so you can relax, stay present, and enjoy the experience.
