What Families Ask Before Their Session, family photography FAQ
Mini Session FAQs
The best photos often happen when kids are simply being themselves. I'll guide the session with gentle prompts, movement, and play while creating space for genuine connection and personality to shine.
Neutral tones, soft colors, and simple patterns tend to photograph best. Avoid large logos, graphic designs, and hats with brims that can cast shadows across the face.
If you'd like to include grandparents or additional family members, I recommend reserving two back to back Mini Sessions to allow enough time for multiple family combinations and groupings.
For larger families or a more relaxed experience, consider booking a Full Family Session instead.
If weather impacts your session, we'll move you to an alternate date whenever possible.
You may transfer your reservation to another available Mini Session date that season or apply your session fee toward a Petite or Full Family Session.
