Schools Have Two Payment Options for Families

  •  Families are not charged until after Picture Day. Every student is photographed, and families can purchase digital images or prints once they view their gallery. They may buy individual files or the full gallery. All prints are shipped directly to each home. Pricing is simple and flexible for all families.

  • Families pay a small session fee that includes one digital portrait of their child and one digital class photo. After viewing their gallery, they can purchase additional digital images or prints. They may buy individual files or the full gallery. All prints are shipped directly to each home. Pricing is simple and flexible for all families.

Option A: Pay After Picture Day

  • 5 minute portrait session
  •  Students or Siblings only (this session does not include parents or grandparents)
  •  A private online gallery to view and select your favorite images
  • 1 digital class photo
  • The option to purchase digital images or prints through the private gallery

There is no session fee for pictures.

Families may purchase digital images and prints after viewing their child’s images online.

A Well Led, Professional School Photography Experience

School portraits are designed to feel natural, easy, and professional, with no upfront costs for schools. Serving preschools and daycares across San Mateo County and the Peninsula, photo day is thoughtfully planned to be simple for schools and comfortable for children. I work with a limited number of schools each year so every detail is handled with care, from scheduling and setup to galleries and family ordering.

Schools can expect a smooth, well led experience. Children are photographed one at a time in a calm environment, with time to warm up and follow their own rhythm. Sessions are guided and flexible, supporting real expressions without pressure to perform.

This experience is made easier through calm leadership and a clear understanding of young children. With patience and simple prompts, children feel safe and supported throughout the process. The result is school portraits that feel true to who they are and easy for everyone involved.
