Picture Day Shouldn't Create More Work for Your School

I provide modern school portraits and a thoughtfully managed Picture Day experience for preschools.

My job is to make the experience easy for both schools and families.

Before photography, I spent years in engineering and project management, bringing thoughtful planning, clear communication, and organization to every Picture Day.

From scheduling and parent communication to gallery delivery and ordering support, I handle the details so your team can stay focused on your students.

The result is a smooth Picture Day experience and natural school portraits that families will treasure for years to come.

Most preschool directors are already managing enrollment, staffing, parent communication, and daily operations. Picture Day should not become another project to coordinate.

"I like the quality of this photographer this year and the prices are more reasonable. It's always good to have the option to preview the photos before buying."

- Maddie, San Mateo Preschool Mom

More Than Just School Pictures

  • The preschool graduation portraits.
  • The sibling photos parents frame for years.
  • The missing front teeth, favorite outfits, and expressions that change far too quickly.

My goal is to make Picture Day easy, organized, and efficient for schools, parents, and students.

Whether it's a preschool portrait, sibling photo, or graduation cap and gown session, I know how to connect with young children, keep sessions moving, and capture the genuine smiles and expressions parents love.

The experience feels fun for children, efficient for staff, and seamless for families.

These are the moments families never realize they'll miss until they're gone.

Worried About Picture Day Logistics?

Will the photographer show up on time and prepared?

Will Picture Day create extra work for our staff?

Will parents have trouble accessing their photos?

Will children cooperate for photos?

You might be wondering:

Will families actually love the portraits?

My goal is to make Picture Day easy, organized, and dependable. I handle planning, parent communication, gallery delivery, and ordering support so your team can stay focused on students.

As a toddler mom and photographer who specializes in young children, I know how to keep sessions moving while capturing the smiles, giggles, and personality parents know and love.

My goal is not simply to document what a child looks like. It's to capture the personality, expressions, and little moments their family never wants to forget.

These concerns are completely normal.

To help Picture Day run smoothly, I ask for:
  • A roster of students being photographed
  • Help sharing parent communication and Picture Day reminders
  • One staff member or parent volunteer to help coordinate students on Picture Day

I'll handle the planning, photography, gallery delivery, and family ordering support.
Schools receive a complimentary gallery of high resolution images, including student portraits, teacher headshots, and class photos for internal school use. These images can be used for yearbooks, student IDs, newsletters, and other school communications.
Yes. Schools may choose either a traditional class photo or a class composite. Families may purchase class photos through their child's online gallery.
I typically work with schools ranging from 20 to 100 students and photograph children from ages 1 through 18.
Picture Days can be scheduled throughout the school year based on your school's needs and calendar. I recommend reserving your date at least 3 months in advance, as fall and spring dates often book several months ahead.
